I'm tired of kids today...and today bro comes home from work and i lay out some german sausage for dinner tonight for us and he goes whats that i said sausage and he goes sweet i said yea and you dont get any...and he goes why's that i said because i dont have to feed you...and i dont...and i shouldn't have to nor be expected to ...and he better remember who's house that he's under cuz at this point i'm just really ready for him to leave...NOW!!!! but i want to get as much money back as possible... so what the hell do i do?!?!? just kick him out and forget about the money that he owes us or just wait until the end of Dec like i want and get as much money back as i can ...

Time to get your Brother to move on. You were kind enough to take him, but he has caused mayhem and disruption in your household since his arrival, and not to mention taking advantage of your good nature. If you can afford to cut him loose you should, especially when children are involved and present.
